How to exercise:
- Thumb: You have to hold your finger with one hand and inhale and exhale three breath per finger. Do this to your both thumbs.
- Index finger: Do three complete breaths by holding your index finger. Wrap around completely.
You have to continue same process for all the fingers. Hold them and breathe 3 to 4 times. You will feel different sensation every time you hold and breath.
